Our Process
Committed to a Job Well Done
To ensure you get the 20-30 year expected life out of our product, we follow a 5-step process to make sure your job is done right.
Introductory Meeting & Quote
We never take an order without looking closely at a job. We will meet with you either in person, by phone, or virtually to discuss your project and share photos to get you an accurate quote on your project.
Pre-Project Site Visit
Once we agree on taking your order, we will make a visit to your job site to explain thoroughly what to expect while working with us including, but not limited to: how the liner is going to arrive, loan of the spreader bar tool, unloading instructions, calculating feet needed for the job, how to deal with drops, turnouts, structures, and more.
Order Project Supplies
Orders typically take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Our team understands you may have tight deadlines and will work with you to meet your needs while canals go down.
On-Site Project Support
When your project begins, we will arrange to be on-site the first day to walk through detailed instructions and training on using the welder tool and installation so your team can handle the job quickly and independently.
Post-Project Inspection
When you wrap up your project, we will return to the site to inspect the job and pick up the rented tools. When needed, we will return after it has been filled with water to ensure the job is complete.
